New project 2023-24
Announcement: I am now commencing my new project which is a choreographic dance performance of our latest book entitled "dancing through and beyond cancer". Rehearsals begin in Oct 2023 with the premiere performance in April 2024
The principal aims are to choreograph and perform a dance piece based around the title – “Dancing through and beyond cancer”. This piece is inspired by the book produced by the Vibrant dancer of the same title and the collaborator writers who contributed to this book including dieticians, dancers, dance therapists, public health experts, and cancer survivors. The dance piece will attempt to illustrate the cancer process and how dance and nutrition can augment the prevention and treatment of cancer. The performance and rehearsals will be recorded and edited and distributed within the public domain as well as to cancer charity organizations in the format of a discursive documentary.
